Gallery LuS, in Dutch Galerie LuS, was opened in the main shopping street of the ancient Hanseatic city Kampen (Netherlands) in May 2012. It is located at the street level of a 17th century national monument. The gallery is just about 100 m away from the Gothic old city hall that dates back to the 14th century (in the back of the picture below). The gallery's sign was designed by Lu Schaper.
Just about 50 m across the street from Gallery LuS is the location of Studio LuS, which was opened in March 2015. This studio is used for Lu Schaper's creative work, as well as continuous and themed exhibitions. In the summer of 2016, we officially moved Gallery LuS to the Studio LuS location.
